The prices are quoted in euros (€).
We reserve the right to alter prices.

Plus final clean of €200
Plus a climate fee of €15 per night between April and October each year

Terms of booking
Bookings will be confirmed when 30% of the total price is paid. Payment will be collected safely via Stripe. The balance of 70% is due no less than 30 days before arrival or the booking shall be subject to cancellation. Bookings made later than 30 days before the rental must be paid in full on booking.
All cancellations must be made by email to nicola@casaminza.com
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in date, you will receive 100% refund.
Refunds for emergency cancellations received after the full balance has been paid are at our discretion. It is likely that a refund will be payable only if we are able to re-let the property. We strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.
